Discovery Creek Children's Museum, The Stables at Glen Echo Park
The Stables at Glen Echo Park features Discovery Creek's eco-immersion exhibitions, hiking trails to Minnehaha Creek, and a beautiful Children's Garden complete with an underground tunnel, aquatic habitats, giant sandpit, and a tree house.
Drop-in visitors will be able to tour the Forest Tales exhibit, come face to face with live animals, go on guided nature hikes, participate in educator lead activities, crafts, and more!

Directions to the Stables at Glen Echo Park from DC are: Take Massachusetts Ave heading north, towards Maryland. At the end of Massachusetts Ave (a T-intersection), turn left onto Goldsboro Rd. Continue for approximately one mile to MacArthur Blvd. Turn right onto MacArthur and look for the Glen Echo Park entrance sign one block up on your left. Park in the main Glen Echo parking lot and cross the wooden footbridge at far end of parking lot. Discovery Creek's entrance gate is on the left.
