How to Use Your Card

Present your card to the first attraction you want to visit. Your card will then be activated for that calendar day or consecutive calendar days that you purchased.

Remember, if a 1-day card is activated on a Monday morning, the card will expire that night at midnight. A 2-day card activated on a Monday morning will expire Tuesday at midnight, and so on.

What to Expect at the Attractions

When you present your card at an attraction’s ticketing area, admission will be provided to you and/or the number of people you purchased your card for. You will not be required to pay an entry fee, and you may be able to avoid the lines if the attraction you selected has a Fast Track icon in the guidebook.

Please be sure to follow all instructions for visiting the attractions. Some may require that you call ahead, or have certain restrictions. Also keep in mind that there is no re-admission on the same day – only one visit per attraction per day will be allowed.

Card users recognize and accept that they visit any particular facility voluntarily and entirely at their own risk. VISITicket® is not in any way responsible for site conditions or third party acts or omissions at any particular facility. Any and all claims for redress must be made directly to the facility.

Each card is valid for a definitive time period, between one and seven consecutive calendar days. Where indicated, certain offers may be limited in availability during this time. For instance, some offers may be for specific times of day, as determined by the offering facility. In addition, operating hours may fluctuate at some venues, and card holders are advised to verify current hours of operation prior to visiting.

VISITicket.com cards are non-transferable and non-refundable, and they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you use your card improperly, including transferring it to others, you agree to indemnify VISITicket® for any damages suffered as a result of such misuse. Unless otherwise noted, a card may only be used once at each venue in any given day.
