The Court of Two Sisters Po-Boy Tavern
It was two Creole sisters and the notions shop they owned here that gave The Court of Two Sisters its name. Before then, the 600 block of Rue Royale, also known as “Governors’ Row,” shaped the history of the French Quarter and old New Orleans as it was home to five governors, three Supreme Court Justices, and a future United States president.
Court Tavern Po-Boys hails from the same kitchen of their world-famous restaurant. Choose from Jambalaya, Red Beans, or Seafood Gumbo paired with any half po-boy in the “Creole Combo.” Meats include Roast Beef, BBQ Beef, Ham, Roasted Turkey, Smoked Sausage, Hot Sausage, Italian Sausage, Chili Dogs, and Tuna Salad, all served on hot French bread with cheese and dressings.
